SERENITY SONG creates a new sense of tranquility and security for pianist D.D. Jackson. With a new wife and a new home, his sound has adjusted to reflect his new life and gives a more melodic tone, while still maintaining the undercurrent of adventure he has on all of his recordings. The song "Recovery" was written for the victims of Hurricane Katrina and the long recovery they face.
